I am excited to say that Toll Brothers announced new information regarding The Enclave at Upper Makefield.  We now know what models will be available!  To go along with the models we have a picture gallery to ease your curiosity. There will be seven models.  Visit our Enclave at Upper Makefield homepage for all current update, a picture gallery and to download the different Models.   Each model will offer 3 bedrooms, 2.5 Baths, as well as a 2 car garage.  Some models will offer the master suite on the first floor while others will have the master on the second floor.

The Vassar Model – is 2324 square feet.  Its outstanding features include a two story foyer and hall, open plan kitchen, breakfast area, and great room, as well as a large second floor bonus.  The master suite is located on the first floor.
