Founding Member of The Queen Bees
Christina Swain is 1 of 5 Local Realtors who are the founding members of The Queen Bees who have two goals:
First, to help community members in need.
Second, create a positive network for like-minded women.
In order to become a Queen Bee, one must commit to pledging $400 per year (or $100 each quarter). All proceeds raised through the end of year will be given to area individuals and families with a financial need.Our Members will nominate recipients.
Lower Bucks Times wrote an article at the inception of the Queen Bees Charity Formation.
Lower Bucks Times wrote an article after the Queen Bees first year to commemorate all the good the charitable group was able to do after raising $30K to help local needy families.
Bucks County Real Producers Magazine did a feature story on The Queen Bees and followed them throughout 2023 and documented the good deeds that were done.
2023 Scooter Race for Our Veterans!
I am excited to announce that our 2023 Mobility Scooter Race for Veterans raised $6,250 dollars. Shout out to all the companies who participated! Special thanks to John & Stephanie Frietag of Frietag Family Insurance for being my co chair and Andrew with 101 Mobility in Bensalem, Pa for hosting.
The proceeds were donated to a local organization – Salute 2 Service in Newtown, PA who assists local Veterans and Active Military with ANYTHING they need. From free food to helping with benefits, they do it all.
Heart of Gold Award
I am HONORED TO ANNOUNCE that I received an Award that Means EVERYTHING to me. And it is NOT a sales award. My Fellow Opus Elite Real Estate agents (80) voted unanimously:

Annual Bucks County Foster Children Toy Drive
Each year I Chair a Toy Drive for my Bucks County Networking Group. We started in 2021 and collected 250 gifts.
In 2022, our goal was 1000 and we reached 1173 gifts!!!
Our 2023 Toy Drive blew the others out of the water! Thanks to all the generous donations we were able to collect over 2000 gifts!
Senior Blessings
Senior Blessings is a charity I am starting this year. We are in the process of getting everything up and running and starting fundraising.
Our mission is to help local seniors who are in need. It is simple. We are a group of local businesses that want to help and give back to our community.
We are excited to announce that we have paired with 101 Mobility to give away refurbished Stair Lifts into homes of needy individuals. They will come with a two year warranty and maintenance package.
