PATHS donates towards Floral Creek’s Memory table

Our Professional Alliance to Help Seniors organization was able to donate towards Floral Creek Alzheimer’s Special Care Center Magic Table.  Floral Creek in Yardley, Pa is a premier Alzheimer’s and Memory Care facility with a wonderful caring staff and atmosphere.  They discovered residents with dementia and Alzheimer’s who were previously disconnected came to life when they sat them in front of their new interactive “magic table.” There was one problem.  These tables are very expensive.  When PATHS heard that residents came to life and their cognitive activity was stimulated by it we quickly wanted to be apart of it and donate to help make this a reality.  It is amazing to see how their residents are responding and interacting with this table. It is literally bringing memory care patients back to life.

The Professional Alliance to Help Seniors  is a dedicated  & compassionate group of professionals committed to providing Seniors of Bucks County and their families with information, resources & services they need to help them address & resolve issues that arise during the aging process.

 For the last 15 years we have been serving seniors, caregivers and their families by helping provide solutions and education. You may not always have the answer or know where to turn, and as that is where we come in.  We are professionals that you can trust that.

As President of PATHS and a Senior Real Estate Specialist, I meet with clients deciding whether to move and downsize.  Downsizing isn’t always the best for everyone. Sometimes staying in your home is better.   So I refer them to 101 Mobility to help them setup their home to age in place.  101 Mobility is great because they have a local showroom for clients to try everything from stairlifts to elevators out before purchasing.

PATHS also provides educational talks.

Preventing Senior Scams Seminar and Discussion

  • Learn about common scams and how to avoid them
  • Local professionals will share industry related scams targeted to the senior citizens
  • Participants are encouraged to share their experiences.
