Developer John McGrath plans to build three new 55+ communities in the Levittown area. The sites are going to be named after three former Elementary schools in Bristol Township – George Washington on Crab Tree Drive, John Fitch on Greenbrook Drive, and Abraham Lincoln on Plumtree Drive. These new communities will offer different styles of living including apartments, condominiums, and townhouses. The townhouses will come each with their own garage, and each development will feature a clubhouse with a swimming pool, a common area, and more.
The plans for the Abraham Lincoln site have yet to be confirmed, but the George Washington and John Fitch sites are on track to include over 100 apartments, 40 condominiums, and 40 townhouses each.
