55+ housing right now is at a premium. I get multiple calls a week asking me if I know of any other 55+ new construction being built or newer/ remodeled ranch homes. McGrath will be building 55+ in Levittown at 3 of the old Bristol Township schools. There is not much information yet as they are still negotiating the deal and the plans with the township.
The three communities will be:
1. Villas at Abraham Lincoln
2. Villas at John Fitch – will be made up of Apartments, Condos and Townhouses
3. Villas at George Washington will be made up of Apartments, Condos and Townhouses
