For example:
1 – I put a home on the market in Langhorne, Pa. We had 50 showings in 4 days.
2 – A condo went on the market in Scotch Run in Ewing, NJ this past Sunday. There was a line wrapped around the building.
Why is inventory so low?
People with a low interest rate don’t want to move because their mortgage would be considerably higher.
The majority of people we are seeing move are people who have been in their home for years and don’t need a mortgage.
