​Know the area you want to be in.  Ask yourself, does this area fit my lifestyle?  Is it conveniently located near your work, family and places you frequent?  Take the extra step to do a dry run from the area to places you frequent.  Proximity to your needs is an important factor that is often overlooked by home buyers.  The Swain Team wants you to be 100 percent sure that you are making the right home buying choice.
