The homes range from 1400 to 2300 sq ft. The eight different models constructed by DeLuca Homes consist of one to two bedrooms and two to two and-a-half baths. Beazer Homes built six different models with one to three bedrooms and one and-a-half to two bathrooms. All models offer a two-car attached garage. Other features may include foyers, hardwood floors, crown molding, sunrooms, tiled baths, corner soaking tubs, upgraded kitchens, breakfast bars and nooks, fireplaces, security systems, and patios. Some homes do have a basement.
