I had the pleasure to go over and tour Yardley Preserve this week and tour the models. Construction is well underway and people have already moved into some units.
There are four models available: Hampstead, Mayfair, Chelsea, Knightsbridge
Your deposit is only $1000 and it is refundable when you reserve your home site. At the signing of the Agreement of sale a 10% deposit is due. Decor /color selections and upgrades must be finalized within 20 days after the agreement of sale is signed. A 25% deposit is due when your selections/upgrades are finalized.
The Homeowners Association fee is estimated to be $225.00 a month which will cover lawn care, snow, and trash removal.
A Capital Contribution Fee of $750 will be due at settlement. This is a one time fee.
Real Estate taxes are estimated to be 2% of the Total Purchase Price.
Amenities include Bocce Ball and Walking Trails
