I first met Dave & Rhonda 5 years ago when they contacted me to explore their downsizing options. We sat down and reviewed there different options and began to look at local 55+ communities. Dave & Rhonda liked The Villages of Flowers Mill the most yet they weren’t sure if a move was right for them just yet. We looked at several models in the community but it just didn’t feel right. And I told them that I understand this is a HUGE decision as they have lived in their home for 40 years and that is where they raised their son.
