Monthly Real Estate Market Update – November 2017
Let’s take a look at the third quarter stats that were just released:
In Bucks County, the average sales price is $359,124 that is up 4.2% from this time last year! The number of homes coming on the market has decreased in 2017 yet the number of closed sales is less than it was in 2015 & 2016.
In Montgomery County, the average sales price is $343,728 that is up 3.1% from this time last year! The number of homes coming on the market has decreased in 2017 yet the number of closed sales is greater than it was in 2015 & 2016.
In Philadelphia County, the average sales price is $251,456 that is up 7.8% from this time last year! The number of homes coming on the market has decreased in 2017 yet the number of closed sales is greater than it was in 2015 & 2016.
In Mercer County, NJ the average sales price is stayed about the same at $360,463 that is down -1.5% from this time last year. The number of homes coming on the market has decreased in 2017 yet the number of closed sales is greater than it was in 2015 & 2016.
In Burlington County, NJ the average sales price is stayed about the same at $237,284 that is down-2.5% from this time last year. The number of homes coming on the market has decreased in 2017 yet the number of closed sales is greater than it was in 2015 & 2016.
