Locust Hill is a 55 and better active adult community located in Hamilton Township, Mercer County, New Jersey.  The community was built by the Sharbell Development Corp. between 2002-2006 and consists of 247 homes made up of both townhouses and single-family residences.  The square footage of the townhouses in Locust Hill range from 1,200-1,700 and between 1,349-1,900 square feet of living space in the single models. The layout of the four townhouse models are typically at least two bedrooms, two to two and a half bathrooms and an attached one-car garage.  The four single models offer two to three bedrooms, at least two bathrooms and an attached two-car garage.  Most of the single family homes also offer first floor master suites.

The Locust Hill homeowners association monthly fee provides for all common area maintenance, lawn care, snow, and trash removal, clubhouse membership (which includes use of all clubhouse amenities).
