Just How Much Have Home Prices Risen since 2020?

HI, This is Christina Swain with The Swain Team. So just how much have property values risen since 2020?

As you can see the numbers speak for themselves:

In Bucks County Our Median Sales price rose to $382,500. That is a 8.1% increase from Jan 21 and a 14.3 % increase from January 2020.

In Burlington County Our Median Sales price rose to $310,00. That is a 17% increase from Jan 21 and a 48.3 % increase from January 2020.

In Mercer County Our Median Sales price rose to $330,000. That is a 5.8% increase from Jan 21 and a 26.4 % increase from January 2020.

In Montgomery County Our Median Sales price rose to $357,500. That is a 2.1% increase from Jan 21 and a 18.2 % increase from January 2020.

In Philadelphia County Our Median Sales price rose to $250,000. That is a 4.2% increase from Jan 21 and a 16.1 % increase from January 2020.

Overall across our Philadelphia market The Median Average median sales price rose +9.1%. Yet, there are some signs of deceleration: month-to-month prices declined for most of the last six months.

The overall supply of homes held about 26 days. Narrow inventory levels has meant that sellers continued to have the upper hand, receiving 100% of the asking price across all home categories.
