No. This year January is an ideal time to list in our local market. There are so few homes for sale right now that buyers are jumping. And we are starting to see more 55+ homes come on the market. Yet, they go FAST! I am literally getting calls daily from buyers who are out looking but can’t find anything to look at. That’s because there isn’t any inventory making it ideal to list your home now. Historically, we start to see more homes hit the market at the end of January into February. So beat the competition and net the most for your home!
