Construction began at Locust Hill in 2002 by Sharbell builders it is made up of single and attached homes.   247 Homes were built with the majority of the homes being single family.

The central hub of the community is the spacious clubhouse that supports an active lifestyle with several social and recreational activities. The clubhouse offers a, kitchen, library and a computer room. Residents can enjoy a friendly game of cards in the card room or stay in shape with a visit to the fitness center.
