DeLuca Homes built Holland Preserve, a condo 55 and over community between 2003 & 2005.  Holland Preserve is made up of Four three story condo buildings.  There were 64 low maintenance condos built that range in size from 1,440 to 1,680 interior square feet.  Five floor plans were offered.  Some homes offering one bedroom and other models offering 2 bedrooms.  Some of the homes even included a single car garage.  Additional features include balconies, gourmet kitchens, elevator access, and den options.
