McGrath Home Builders have just had their bid approved by a Bristol Township judge to submit plans for three 55+ communities. These communities will include both apartments and condominiums. The proposed sites include the current sites of the 17.5-acre John Fitch Elementary School on Greenbrook Dr, the 17-acre George Washington Elementary School on Crabtree Dr, and the 10-acre Abraham Lincoln Elementary School on Plumbtree Dr.
The next step is McGrath submitting formal plans to the township for approval.

The Days on the market has decreased for each style home.
Sales Prices for condos have stayed the same from an average of $159K to $156K, as did the sales price for the townhouse from about $331K to $327K.
3 Br Single Family Homes saw an average increase from $282K to $285K.
4 Br Single Family Homes saw an average increase from $319K to $328K.
In summary, the market is strong. We are in a seller’s market. Days on market are decreasing as the number of homes coming on the market has decreased from last year.
