| I hired Carol Swain early last spring to sell my elderly parent's home in Levittown, Pa. Due to my parents age and health condition, we had to move them from their home of 40 years to live with my sister in Missouri. Their house needed a lot of work before it would be ready to sell, which my husband and I had to do from 200 miles away. We made numerous trips to Levittown, but we could not be there all the time.
