St. Joseph Court Building Progress Update

As many of you know St. Joseph’s Court is a 55+ community being built on the site where the former St. Joseph the Worker property off New Falls Road.  The community will feature 62 carriage homes and 14 manor homes.

The first residences began moving in right before Thanksgiving.  Construction is still underway and will feature  62 carriage homes and 14 condos.  So what is left for sale?

The first floor condos are SOLD OUT.    There are ONLY TWO upstairs condos left  (Chancellor model).

The Carriage homes  include open floor plans with a first level owner’s suite, 9’ ceilings, gourmet island kitchens with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances, economical gas heating and cooking, 2 baths, and virtually no exterior maintenance.

The end units (The Raphael) are SOLD OUT.  But you can still purchase an interior (The Gabriel) model with prices starting at $339,900.

McGrath has also released the floor plan to the clubhouse.  The private clubhouse is sure to be the social hot spot of the community, which will include a fitness center, sports lounge, game room, and bocce court. St. Joseph Court will be maintained by a private homeowners association so there will be plenty of time to enjoy the many amenities and nearby attractions that the community will offer. Resident dues would cover the cost of landscaping, trash removal, road repairs, exterior maintenance and snow clearing.
