The Days on the market has decreased for each style home.
Sales Prices for condos have stayed the same from an average of $159K to $156K, as did the sales price for the townhouse from about $331K to $327K.
3 Br Single Family Homes saw an average increase from $282K to $285K.
4 Br Single Family Homes saw an average increase from $319K to $328K.
In summary, the market is strong. We are in a seller’s market. Days on market are decreasing as the number of homes coming on the market has decreased from last year.
